Middle and Back Offices

IXM’s other support teams are essential to managing risk and ensuring that the commercial transactions are correctly executed in our “Trade to Cash” transaction cycle.

Middle Office tracks and processes all deals made by our traders ensuring data accuracy throughout our systems.

Middle Office is also responsible for maintaining exposure positions and issuing derivative orders to capture intended margins and mitigate against losses to our cash trading books.

They provide daily positions reports and PnL and are in charge of hedging the exposure of our physical books.

The analysts provide daily reports, insure data maintenance and accuracy when applicable.

For our middle office and back office functions we are looking for people who have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or International trade
• Relevant industry experience (prerequisite only for the Middle Office roles)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Attention to detail and strong sense of responsivity
• Able to prioritize tasks and handle assignments in an organized way
• Good Excel skills
