Announcing Our 2023 ESG Report

We are pleased to share our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report for the year 2023. IXM ESG report provides insights into our ongoing efforts to IXM's material ESG topics.

Our commitment to ethical governance is reflected in our transparent business practices and robust corporate policies.

• Responsible Business Conduct: We have taken significant steps to ensure that our governance framework supports long-term value creation while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
• Responsible Supply Chain: We implemented more robust criteria for our suppliers to ensure they align with our sustainability values, and transparency has been increased further in this report.

Social responsibility remains a cornerstone of our corporate philosophy. In 2023, we focused on several key areas:

• Health & Safety: We increased focus on health and safety and implemented enhancements related to applying adequate and intelligent methods to ensure the safety of our workers.
• Community Engagement: We continued to invest in the communities where we operate, supporting local initiatives and fostering a sense of belonging.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Our workforce diversity initiatives have made our company stronger and more innovative. We are proud of the inclusive culture we are building, which respects and values the contributions of all employees.

Environmental responsibility has in 2023 achieved increased attention and is becoming increasingly important in our warehouses and in our value chain, our key focus areas in 2023 are related to:

• Climate Change: IXM is well positioned in the clean energy transition as a key player in the value chain of minerals needed for climate action. Nevertheless, we have a responsibility to abate for reducing emissions we contribute to – which are those emissions occurring in our value chain.
• Environmental management: IXMs warehouse in Callao received the ISO 14001 certification.

Our journey towards a sustainable future is ongoing, and we recognize that more work is always needed. Our progress so far is a testament to the collective effort of our dedicated team, partners, and community members.
